Do not activate a client until the commercial and setup path are clear.

Implementation should be simple enough for early revenue but structured enough to avoid bad client records, wrong plans, unpaid setups, and half-launched tenants.

Inquiry

A prospect submits a request from the public site.

Review

Admin confirms plan, setup type, users, and scope.

Payment

Manual invoice, credit card, ACH, or external payment can be tracked.

Provision

Create org/account, URL, admin user, and access path.

Configure

Branding, products, quote defaults, and pricing are assigned.

Launch

Run test quote, resolve blockers, then activate the client.

Partner training can wait

Partners can plug into this later, but the first priority is a clean revenue path: sale, payment, setup, branding, product assignment, first admin login, test quote, and launch.
